Jen H. is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in internal communications across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Internal Communications and Engagement at Ontic since September 2025, Jen previously held the role of Senior Internal Communications Manager at GXO Logistics, Inc., where a comprehensive review of internal communications led to the development of a region-specific strategy. Jen's career includes strategic roles at multiple organizations, including Wolseley UK, Axa UK, and BNP Paribas Personal Finance, where responsibilities encompassed the creation and execution of internal communications strategies, crisis communications management, and advising senior leadership on enhancing employee engagement.
