Mike Griffin

Mike Griffin, MBA, serves as the Director of Business Development at Ontic since July 2022. Prior experience includes leadership roles at General Dynamics Ordnance and Tactical Systems as Program Management Leader for the F-35/Joint Strike Fighter and at Collins Aerospace as Director of Operations for GNCAS. Mike Griffin also held positions as Chief Operating Officer at Asponte Technology and a retired Active Duty Aviation Officer in the US Army, where responsibilities encompassed executive leadership, program management, and operational planning for large-scale military operations. Educational credentials include an MBA with honors from Elon University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Tampa.
