Jaime Acosta

Jaime Acosta has a diverse work experience spanning from 2009 to the present. Currently, they are working as the Senior Director of Client Success at Ontic, a software company that helps manage threats and mitigate risks for corporate and government security professionals. In 2024, they will also take on the role of Business Mentor at Endeavor, a global community that supports high-impact entrepreneurs. In the past, Jaime has worked as a Growth Coach at Catalyst Software, a Member at CS Angel, and as a Regional Leader of Customer Success at Slack. Jaime also held multiple positions at Sprinklr, including Associate Director of Customer Success and Senior Success Manager. Before that, they had experience in international business development and account management at Mintel and worked as a Divisional Sales Manager and Account Executive at Groupon. Additionally, they served as the VP of Marketing at Loyola University Chicago GSB Strategic Consulting Group and was a graduate scholar at Loyola University Chicago.

Jaime Acosta obtained an MBA degree in Marketing from the Quinlan School of Business at Loyola University Chicago in 2010. Prior to that, Acosta completed a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Management/Finance at Olivet Nazarene University from 2002 to 2006. In 2022, Acosta also obtained a certification in Productive Leadership from LinkedIn.
