Manager, Order Management at Onto Innovation

Agnes Devera has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Agnes started their career as an Order Entry Administrator at WOLLONGONG/ATTACHMATE from June 1993 to February 1996. Agnes then worked as a Sales Administrator - Electronic Components Division at NISSEI SANGYO AMERICA LTD./HITACHI from February 1996 to May 1998. Following that, they served as an International Customer Service Representative at SUPERTEX, INC. from June 1998 to May 2000.

From May 2000 to May 2008, Agnes joined DITECH NETWORKS, INC. where they held the position of Senior Customer Service Representative. During their tenure, they oversaw various tasks including reviewing and validating accuracy of purchase orders, managing quotations, processing sales orders, performing internal audits, and coordinating shipments. Agnes also conducted screenings per Bureau of Industry and Security requirements for international customers, generated commercial invoices abiding by trade regulations, and negotiated with logistics companies for best pricing.

Agnes then joined NUANCE COMMUNICATIONS, INC./DITECH NETWORKS, INC. in May 2008 as a Sales Order Administration Supervisor, where they managed sales order administration until October 2013.

Finally, Agnes joined Onto Innovation in November 2013 and has held two roles within the company. Firstly, they worked as a Sales Operations/Order Management professional until June 2019. Following that, they took on the role of Manager, Order Management from July 2019 onwards.

Agnes Devera completed their Bachelor of Science in Tourism with a focus on International Business at the University of Santo Tomas from 1984 to 1988. In 1997, they attended MISSION COLLEGE in San Jose, California, where they studied Business Communications for a short period. Additionally, Agnes has obtained several certifications related to their field. In 2001, they completed the "BUREAU OF EXPORT ADMINISTRATION" program offered by the US Department of Commerce. Agnes went on to earn certifications in "ESSENTIALS OF EXPORT CONTROLS" (2002), "EXPORT MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS" (2004), "COMPLYING WITH U.S. EXPORT CONTROLS" (2005), "ADVANCED CUSTOMS COMPLIANCE TRAINING COURSE" (2006), and "IMPORT/EXPORT PROCEDURES AND DOCUMENTATION" (2007) from various institutions such as the US Department of Commerce and the Professional Association of Exporters and Importers.
