Christopher Seams

Christopher Seams, NACD.DC, currently serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors at Onto Innovation, a position held since October 2019. In addition, Christopher Seams has been a member of the Board at Xperi Corporation since March 2013, where responsibilities include serving as Chairman of the Compensation Committee and participating as a member of the Audit Committee. Previously, Christopher Seams was a member of the Board at Nanometrics from August 2015 to October 2019, taking on roles as Chairman of the Nominating and Governance Committee and member of the Audit Committee. Christopher Seams also served as CEO of Deca Technologies from June 2013 to August 2016 and held various executive positions at Cypress Semiconductor from October 1990 to June 2013, including EVP of Sales, Marketing, Applications, and EVP of Technology & Manufacturing. Academic qualifications include a BS in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University and an MS in Electrical & Computer Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
