Rick Mangone

Rick Mangone has extensive work experience in the field of quality, facilities, and environmental health and safety (EHS). Rick has held leadership positions in various companies, including Zygo (Ametek) and Zygo Corporation, where they served as the VP of Quality, Facilities, EHS, and CI, and the Director of Quality, Facilities, and EHS, respectively. Prior to that, Rick worked as the Director of Quality at Doosan Fuel Cell America, Inc. and as the Manager of Programs and Supplier Quality at United Technologies. Rick also served as the Director of Global Quality at Specialized Technology Resources, Inc., where they led a team responsible for developing world-class quality infrastructure for a global corporation in the solar industry. Rick's earlier experience includes roles such as Leader of Quality and Manager of Quality Engineering and Continuous Improvement at Atlantic Inertial Systems (formerly Allied Signal), where they contributed to the development of strategic quality initiatives and led quality assurance and continuous improvement efforts. Rick was also a Six Sigma Certified Black Belt and a Process Engineer/Senior Quality Engineer, responsible for process instructions and tooling for a high-volume gyroscope line. Throughout their career, Rick has demonstrated a strong commitment to quality excellence and a proven track record of leadership in implementing quality strategies.

Rick Mangone has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Manufacturing Engineering from Central Connecticut State University. Additionally, they hold an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Manufacturing Engineering from Hartford State Technical College.
