Cynthia West possesses extensive experience in sales operations and production planning, currently serving as the Sales and Distribution Business Process Owner for SAP implementation at Onto Innovation since June 2005. In addition to this role, Cynthia has contributed as a Senior Customer Service Representative, providing customer and sales support while assisting the Technical Support team, and has managed production planning and inventory control. Prior to Onto Innovation, Cynthia held the position of Senior Production Buyer/Planner at Ultra Clean Technology, focusing on global procurement of materials for gas delivery systems used in semiconductor fabrication. Cynthia's earlier experience includes serving as a Senior OEM Production Control Buyer/Planner at Compaq Computer, where procurement and management of raw materials for spare part kits were prioritized to ensure a 100% fill rate on customer orders.
