Danielle Waldmann

Danielle Waldmann is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Principal Human Resource Business Partner at Onto Innovation since September 2025, Danielle has previously held positions including Human Resources Business Partner and HR Manager at Repare Therapeutics from September 2021 to September 2025, and People Partner at Immuta from July 2020 to September 2021. Additional experience includes serving as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Buildium, a Talent Attraction Partner at SharkNinja, and a Creative Recruiter and Resource Specialist at Eliassen Group. Danielle holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Virginia Wesleyan University, obtained in 2016, and is a graduate of Pinelands Regional High School.
