Marielle Carmen

Marielle Carmen currently serves as Program Manager 3 at Onto Innovation, a position held since July 2021. Previously, Marielle worked at KLA as an Associate Test Engineer from March 2021 to July 2021, and at Nanometrics in the same role from April 2017 to March 2021. In these engineering roles, Marielle was responsible for the setup, calibration, and testing of Semiconductor Metrology subsystems, as well as integrating entire systems and troubleshooting complex issues. Marielle's experience includes assessing root causes of Out-of-Box-Quality issues and implementing preventative measures in collaboration with engineering teams. Marielle holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology with a concentration in Manufacturing Systems and a minor in Business Management from San José State University, completed in 2017.
