Rajashekar Pappu

Rajashekar Pappu has extensive work experience in various roles within the technology industry. Starting in 2004 at KLA-Tencor, they held positions such as Escalations Supervisor, Project Manager, Sr Product Services Manager, Sr Learning Development Manager, and Sr. Product Manager. Rajashekar played a crucial role in developing, launching, and managing the ramp of several products, improving service operations, and implementing best practices. In 2015, they joined Viptela (acquired by Cisco Systems Inc.) as Director of NPI Operations, where they successfully delivered three new products and established NPI best practices. Since 2017, Rajashekar has been working at Onto Innovation, initially as a Senior Director of Service Development and currently as the Head of Corporate Field Service Operations. Rajashekar'sexpertise spans across supply chain management, customer service planning, and driving efficiency and productivity within service operations.

Rajashekar Pappu completed an Executive Program in Management from UCLA Anderson School of Management in the year 2021. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, from 1993 to 1997.
