Robert Fiordalice

Robert Fiordalice has extensive work experience in the semiconductor industry. Robert is currently working at Onto Innovation as the SVP and General Manager of the Metrology Business Unit since February 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President and General Manager at Onto Innovation from November 2019 to October 2022.

Before joining Onto Innovation, Fiordalice worked at Nanometrics as the Vice President and General Manager from October 2013 to November 2019.

Robert also has experience working at Atotech Inc. as the Senior Managing Director of the Semiconductor Business Unit from August 2011 to September 2013.

Earlier in their career, Fiordalice held the position of Vice President, Account Technology and Strategic Accounts at Intermolecular from March 2006 to June 2011.

Robert also worked at KLA-Tencor.com as the Sr. Director of Corporate Marketing and Business Development from October 2000 to March 2006.

Fiordalice began their career at Motorola as a Process Engineering Section Manager, where they managed a team of engineers and was responsible for thin film development activities from 1989 to 2000.

Robert Fiordalice completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from the University of California, Berkeley, from 1980 to 1983. Robert then pursued further education, obtaining a Master's degree in Physics from North Carolina State University between 1986 and 1989.
