Tim Rumon

Tim Rumon has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Tim is currently working at Onto Innovation in operations and manufacturing. Prior to this, Tim worked as an independent consultant specializing in operations management from 2018 to 2021. Before that, they worked at Ingersoll Rand in various roles, including ERP implementation data conversion leader in IT, global capital investment and business process innovation leader in finance, and global operations planning leader in manufacturing and operations. Tim's work experience also includes a role as division manufacturing leader at Thermo King and as a senior program manager in corporate environmental affairs at Westinghouse Electric Corporation.

Tim Rumon completed a Mini-Masters (Continuing/Executive Education) in Lean Enterprise at the University of St. Thomas in 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Chemical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh. Tim also holds additional certifications, including a Mini Master of the Lean Enterprise obtained in October 2018 and a CPPM - Certified Professional Project Manager obtained in October 2014, both from the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business.
