Deborah Nerinckx

Deborah Nerinckx has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Deborah is currently working as a Scrum Master/Agile Coach at ONTOFORCE since March 2022. Prior to that, they worked at BNP Paribas Fortis as a Squad Scrum Master via Ordina from January 2021 to March 2022. Deborah also worked at Ordina Belgium as a Scrum Master from December 2018 to February 2022. Additionally, they served as a Scrum Master via Ordina at Interparking from May 2020 to January 2021 and at BNP Paribas Fortis from February 2019 to December 2019.

Earlier in their career, Deborah worked as an HR Consultant at Flexorius and as a Corporate Recruiter via Flexorius at EDF Luminus both in 2018. Prior to that, they served as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Sogeti, where they were responsible for recruitment processes across a wide range of roles and profiles in the IT industry from March 2017 to August 2018.

Before transitioning to the IT industry, Deborah worked as a Teacher at Vlaams Ministerie van Onderwijs en Vorming from September 2008 to February 2017.

Deborah Nerinckx has pursued a diverse range of educational and certification experiences. Deborah attended EHSAL Management School from 2017 to 2018, where they studied Human Resources Management and Services. Prior to that, from 2005 to 2008, they earned a Bachelor's degree in education from Katholieke Hogeschool 'Sint-Lieven', Gent, specializing in primary school teaching.

Apart from their formal education, Deborah has obtained several certifications. In 2018, they completed a course in Human Resources Management from EHSAL Management School. Deborah also possesses certifications in Agile team facilitation and ICAgile Certified Professional - Agility in HR from ICAgile, acquired in 2020 and 2021 respectively. Additionally, they obtained a Professional Scrum Master 1 certification from Scrum.org in 2019.

Deborah has also pursued personal and professional development through various courses and training programs. Deborah acquired certifications in Deep democracy levels 1 & 2 and levels 3 & 4 from HUMMUS in 2022 and 2023 respectively. Deborah also completed a course in provocative coaching from Co-Learning - We help you create great products with great teams! in 2020. Other certifications obtained by Deborah include Bikablo basic visualization from bikablo GmbH & Co. KG in 2019 and Motivating people and Self awareness from B&D Training in 2017.

In terms of their additional qualifications, Deborah completed an online marketing course called "Digitaal Atelier" offered by Google and Social Marketing Tools in 2017.
