Martin R. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Martin began their career at UREASON, where they worked as a Senior Research Engineer and later transitioned into a Product Manager role. During their time at UREASON, Martin was responsible for managing the product and R&D roadmap, building relationships with partners and clients, exploring new markets, and developing go-to-market plans. Martin also played a key role in modernizing the company's development approach and successfully argued for the closure of a key company vertical.

Following their tenure at UREASON, Martin joined Factmata as the Head of Product. In this role, they developed and launched a complex B2B2C NLP product, hiring a small product team and securing deals with various clients.

After Factmata, Martin joined Babylon Health as a Senior Product Manager, focusing on Artificial Intelligence - Clinical Knowledge. Martin led the development of Babylon's clinical knowledge graph and was responsible for managing cross-functional teams to rebuild or develop core technologies.

Martin then moved on to HealthHero, where they served as the Director of Product, UK&I Enterprise. Martin built the product strategy for HealthHero's global clinical services platform and medical record and led a product portfolio that spanned external-facing B2B API, employee portal, and internal-facing clinician and customer services software.

Most recently, Martin joined First Create The Media as a Partner and Adviser. In this role, they provided strategic advice and support to the management team, covering business strategy, product, culture, communications, and marketing. Martin played a crucial role in refining the product strategy, business and marketing plans, and internal processes, contributing to a doubling of revenue and expanding the core team.

Currently, Martin holds the position of Head of Product at ONTOFORCE, where they oversee product-related activities.

Martin R. attended Aberystwyth University from 2000 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
