Linda de Waard

Linda de Waard is a highly experienced Consultant Project Manager and Scrum Master with a strong background in program and project management, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder engagement. Currently at EXFO Ontology since May 2021, Linda leads deployment projects across 14 African countries, focusing on digital transformation initiatives. Prior positions include Project Manager and Scrum Master at Dimension Data Middle East and Africa, driving the One DD Marketing Rebranding project, and a Senior Project Manager at Internet Solutions, where Linda managed key IT delivery projects and implemented agile practices within the OSS/BSS domains. Early career experience includes roles at MTN, where Linda functioned as a Systems Engineer and IT Support Centre Team Leader. Linda holds a Matric qualification from Hoërskool Florida.
