Kelly Lopinto

Kelly LoPinto currently serves as the Lead Talent Acquisition Partner at Ontra, where responsibilities include enhancing the company's recruitment efforts in support of its innovative solutions in Contract Automation and Intelligence. Prior to joining Ontra in June 2022, Kelly worked as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at FactSet for nearly nine years, contributing to an inclusive community focused on diversity in ideas. Earlier experience includes a position as the Director of Operations for the Women’s Basketball program at Fairfield University. Kelly earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Fairfield University in 2011, following education at Staples High School.
