Customer Success Manager - Saas at Ontra

Mikel Marzofka holds a Master’s degree in Applied Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Stout and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at Ontra since April 2022, Mikel is responsible for managing a multi-million dollar client portfolio in the private equity sector, collaborating with various teams to ensure client needs are met. Previously, Mikel worked at Gartner as a Client Success Manager, where Mikel received a Leadership Award in 2022 and facilitated the success of C-level technology executives at Fortune 500 companies. Other experiences include roles as a Client Success Partner at Minnesota Professionals for Psychology Applied to Work and as a Board Member at the Applied Research Center at the University of Wisconsin-Stout. Additionally, Mikel has worked as a Consultant for the Wisconsin Hospitality Group and as Manager of Training from September 2012 to August 2016.
