Andrew Southam has extensive experience in the legal field. Andrew started their career as an Assistant Solicitor at DLA Piper, specializing in intellectual property. Andrew then worked at BBH London as a Commercial Lawyer and later became a Partner and Legal Director. Andrew joined NetNames as the Group General Counsel, providing commercial advice and handling all legal issues across the company. Andrew currently holds the position of General Counsel at KLDiscovery. Andrew's expertise includes contract negotiation, compliance, M&A, company secretarial work, and litigation.
Andrew Southam has a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of Leicester, which they completed from 1996 to 1999. Andrew then pursued a Legal Practice Course at Nottingham Law School from 1999 to 2000. Finally, they obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Law and Practice from the University of Bristol in 2004 and 2005, specializing in Intellectual Property Law.
