Rafał Wywioł

Rafał Wywioł has extensive work experience in various roles within the software development field. Rafał started their career as an IT System Administrator at Ahold in 1998 and later worked as a System Implementation Engineer and Supervisor at Unisoft. Rafał then joined SoftHard as a Branch Director for a brief period in 2005. In the same year, they founded addo. Creative Consulting and served as the CEO until 2015. From 2006 to 2012, Rafał worked at ING Bank Śląski as a Project Manager and Senior Software Development Analyst. Since 2013, they have been at Ontrack Poland, where they have held positions such as Software Development Manager, Senior Software Development Manager, and currently as the Director of Software Engineering.

Rafał Wywioł has a diverse education background. Rafał obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from the Silesian Higher School of Computer Science from 2004 to 2008. Rafał then pursued a Master's degree in Computer Science at the University of Silesia from 2014 to 2016. Rafał also attended the Coaching Academy from 2015 to 2016, where they focused on developing ICF Core Coaching Competencies. Additionally, they attended the College of Economics for their high school education from 2002 to 2006. In terms of certifications, Rafał has completed several Professional Scrum Master certifications with Scrum.org, including Professional Scrum Master I, II, and III, as well as Scaled Professional Scrum.
