Lupo Westerhuis

Lupo Westerhuis has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Starting in 2001, they worked as a Tax Consultant at Arthur Andersen before moving on to Deloitte in 2002. At Deloitte, they served as a Tax Consultant until 2006. In 2007, they joined eBay as a New Business Development Manager and worked there until 2010. From 2011 to 2014, Lupo filled roles at uShip, including GM Europe, and from 2014 to 2017, they served as the GM, Global. Lupo then transitioned to an Advisor position until 2018. Lupo joined DB Schenker in 2018 as the Head of D4S, leading the development of a digital platform for carriers. In 2020, they moved to Transporeon, where they assumed the positions of Product Manager Forwarding from 2020 to 2021 and Tribe lead Transport Execution from 2021 to 2023. Lupo's recent roles include serving as a Co-founder at Petbnb.nl starting in 2016 and holding the Director of Sales and Business Development positions at Ontruck and ZeKju since 2023.

Lupo Westerhuis started their education at Coornhert Gymnasium, where they attended from 1989 to 1995. They then pursued a degree in Tax Law at Leiden University from 1995 to 2001, earning their LL.M. During their time at Leiden, in 1998, they also had the opportunity to study US and International Economic Law at the University of Connecticut School of Law for a brief period. Later, in 2006 and 2007, Lupo attended INSEAD, obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
