Salvatore Scialdone

Salvatore Scialdone has diverse work experience in various leadership and operational roles. Salvatore currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Ontruck since June 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the VP Operations and Chief of Staff at Ontruck from December 2021 to May 2022. Salvatore'sprevious positions at Ontruck include Global Head of Supply from September 2018 to January 2020, UK Head of Operations from May 2018 to April 2019, and City Manager London from November 2017 to May 2018.

Before joining Ontruck, Salvatore worked at Bain & Company as a Case Team Leader from September 2013 to October 2017. Salvatore also gained experience at Amazon.co.uk as a Summer Senior Product Manager in 2012. Earlier in their career, they held various roles at Bloomberg LP, including Head of Sales to Italy from May 2009 to August 2011, Relationship Manager from April 2007 to May 2009, and Analyst - FI Derivatives - Analytics Division from April 2006 to April 2007.

Salvatore's work experience also includes a position as a Financial Analyst - Tech and Leisure at Mediocredito Centrale from March 2004 to August 2005, and a brief consulting role at Zelig Srl in 2003.

Salvatore Scialdone obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Seconda Università degli Studi di Napoli. Salvatore then attended London Business School from 2011 to 2013, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Entrepreneurship and Strategy. In 2013, they participated in an exchange program at NYU Stern School of Business, earning an additional MBA degree. Salvatore also completed all three levels of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Program from CFA Institute in 2012. Furthermore, they obtained the HootSuite Certified Professional - Social Media Consultant certification from HootSuite University in March 2013. Additionally, Salvatore participated in exchange programs at Ghent University, where they studied Auditing and Accounting.
