Yuliya Kovtanyuk

Yuliya Kovtanyuk has a strong work experience in the software development and project management field. Yuliya is currently working as the Head of Software Engineering at Onventis since November 2021.

Before joining Onventis, Yuliya worked at WorkFlowWise from 2013 to 2021, where they held the positions of Software Development Project Manager and Head of Development Ukraine.

Prior to that, they worked at Ciklum as a Delivery Project Manager from 2013 to 2021, and at Magento, an Adobe Company, as a Branch Manager from 2011 to 2013.

Yuliya also has experience at Ciklum as a Retention and Motivation Consultant from 2009 to 2011, where they were responsible for monitoring teams' motivation, conducting performance appraisals, and auditing team processes.

Earlier in their career, Yuliya worked at ANCOR as the Branch Head ANCOR Donetsk from 2008 to 2009, where they focused on business development and personnel management. Yuliya also worked as a Recruitment Consultant at ANCOR from 2006 to 2008, where they attracted and retained clients and managed recruitment projects for various industries.

Yuliya started their career as a Regional HR Manager at ALLO in 2006 and worked as an LTO Assistant at OSCE ODIHR from 2004 to 2006.

Yuliya Kovtanyuk attended Dnipropetrovs'kij Nacional'nij Universitet from 2001 to 2006. The degree and field of study information is not available. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications. Yuliya obtained the Certified LeSS Basics (CLB) certification from Scrum Ukraine in January 2023. Yuliya also obtained the Advanced Certified Scrum Master (A-CSM™) certification from Scrum Ukraine in October 2022, as well as the Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) certification from Scrum Alliance in October 2022.
