They have been board members and investors at VoiceAcuity, Inc., chairman and CEO at Omvix Group, Inc., and executive board members at SMU School of Engineering. Most recently, they were the CEO at Nexidia. Their education histories include degrees from the University of North Texas in computer sciences and Texas A&M University-Kingsville in electrical engineering.
