Anna Chernilovskaya

Anna Chernilovskaya, PhD, currently serves as Chief Information Officer and Manager at Datacare for ONVZ since June 2021, while also holding multiple supervisory board positions at Hogeschool Leiden, Naturalis Biodiversity Center, and Japanmuseum SieboldHuis. Previous experience includes key roles at Nederlandse Spoorwegen as IT transformation lead and Chief Enterprise Architect, where Anna developed the IT strategy and managed substantial transformation projects, and at Achmea, where Anna led initiatives in analytics and fraud management. Anna's academic background includes a PhD from Utrecht University and positions as a visiting researcher at Stanford University and the University of Chicago, alongside a Master's degree from Lomonosov Moscow State University.
