Prabhu Palanisamy

Prabhu Palanisamy is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in integration and analytics. Currently serving as Co-Founder at Onward since June 2023, Prabhu focuses on enhancing workforce engagement through innovative applications for Atlassian. Prior to this role, Prabhu co-founded springML in May 2015, which is regarded as a significant professional achievement, highlighting a dedication to learning and building lasting partnerships. From January 2011 to May 2015, Prabhu held the position of Senior Director for Integration and Analytics at Appirio, where responsibilities included leading the Integration and Analytics Team and overseeing the Cloud Integration Practice. Earlier career experience includes serving as Senior Manager for Global Consulting Services at Software AG from July 2004 to December 2010, during which Prabhu successfully managed SOA projects for multiple Fortune 100 companies. Prabhu holds a degree in Computer Science Engineering from IRTT.
