Keri Minnick

Keri Minnick is a seasoned tax professional currently serving as Tax Director at Onward Energy since April 2022 and as the Owner of Normal Records, LLC since January 2016, where responsibilities include tax, legal, and business administration for a retail and e-commerce establishment. Previously, Keri held the position of Senior Tax Manager at EDF Renewables North America, managing tax compliance and financial reporting for over 400 legal entities from April 2017 to April 2022. Keri's extensive expertise encompasses key tax and accounting skills, including BEAT, 163(j), R&D credits, and partnerships, alongside a solid educational foundation with a Master's in Taxation from Golden Gate University and a Bachelor's in Business Administration with a Finance option from California State University-San Marcos.
