Regina Sweet

Regina Sweet is a seasoned professional in the renewable energy sector, currently serving as the Director of Asset Management-Renewables at Onward Energy since July 2022. Previously, Regina held the position of Portfolio Asset Manager & Lead Consultant at PEAK Wind from November 2021 to July 2022, where admiration for the company's Danish offshore roots was fostered. Regina's experience includes serving as the Director of Asset Management at Akuo Energy from July 2017 to November 2021, overseeing North American assets with a skilled operations team. Prior roles include Technical Officer at the North American Development Bank from 2013 to July 2017, Senior Engineer at Chinook Wind from June 2008 to April 2013, and various positions at Garrad Hassan from July 2004 to May 2008, culminating in the role of Northwest Regional Manager. Regina holds an MS in Mechanical and Aeronautical Engineering from the University of California, Davis, and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Washington, along with a Certificate of Completion in Modern Standard Arabic from the Defense Language Institute.
