Kimberly Shatzer

Kimberly Shatzer has an extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Kimberly currently holds the position of SVP, Delivery at Onward Search, a specialized workforce solutions provider. Prior to this, they worked at Onward Play as a Senior Vice President and Managing Director, where they connected gaming companies with talented individuals. Kimberly also served as a Chief Member at Chief and as a Women in Games Ambassador at Women in Games. Additionally, they were a Board Member at Feeding the Orphans and Vice President of Marketing & Communications Committee at Esports Trade Association. Earlier in their career, they worked at Onward Search as Director of Employee Success, Manager of Training and Development, and Regional Marketing Manager. Kimberly began their professional journey as a Marketing & Sales Intern at Onward Healthcare.

Kimberly Shatzer attended The Catholic University of America from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences degree in Theatre. In 2009, they briefly attended NYU Tisch Art and Public Policy to study Musical Theatre. Prior to that, they attended King School from 1996 to 2007, majoring in Art, and participated in a Musical Theatre Program at UCLA in 2006. In 2011, they obtained a certification as an InterFaith Conflict Resolver from the United States Institute of Peace.
