Anahita Kyani

Anahita Kyani, PhD, has a diverse work experience in data science and research. Anahita currently serves as the Director of Data Systems and Advanced Analytics at ONWARD since September 2023. Previously, they worked at Abbott, holding the positions of Senior Manager Data Science from June 2022 to May 2023, and Lead Data Scientist from January 2020 to June 2022. Prior to Abbott, Anahita worked at Authentix as a Principal Data Scientist from September 2018 to January 2020, and as a Senior Data Scientist from November 2015 to August 2018. Anahita also worked as a Research Scientist at the University of Michigan from 2013 to November 2015. Anahita's earlier experience includes being a Post-doctoral Research Fellow at the Department of Bioinformatics, University of Tehran, from February 2010 to June 2013, and a Research and Development Scientist at Dr. Abidi Pharmaceuticals in 2008-2009. Anahita has also worked as a Visiting Researcher at TU Braunschweig in 2006-2007 and as a Graduate Research Assistant in Computational Chemistry at Sharif University of Technology from 2003 to 2007.

Anahita Kyani, PhD, earned their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Computational Chemistry from Sharif University of Technology from 2003 to 2007. Prior to that, they also completed their Master's degree in Computational Chemistry at the same institution from 2001 to 2003. Additionally, Anahita has obtained several certifications in various fields, including AI-powered app development, neurotechnology, leadership, data analysis, and data science. These certifications were obtained from respected institutions such as LinkedIn, g.tec medical engineering GmbH, Harvard Business School, and Coursera Course Certificates.
