Jeroen Oosterwijk

Jeroen Oosterwijk is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various roles within human resources. Currently serving as a Senior Business Partner in People & Culture at ONWARD since January 2021, Jeroen oversees HR operations and employee relations across Switzerland, the USA, and the Netherlands, focusing on strategic initiatives that enhance workplace culture and align with business goals. Prior positions include HR Business Partner at Danone and ProRail, and internships at de Volksbank and UniPartners Tilburg. Jeroen holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Studies and a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management from Tilburg University, complemented by a minor in International Business from Universität Innsbruck.
