Julie Crom

Julie Crom (Ardouin) serves as the Director of People & Culture at ONWARD Medical since January 2022, contributing to the executive leadership team and overseeing people management initiatives. Responsibilities include functioning as Secretary for the Board's Nomination Governance and Compensation Committees. Previously, Julie held various roles at Michael Page from September 2013 to December 2021, including Senior Manager in Healthcare & Life Sciences, where management of recruitment for specialized functions in R&D and other areas was key. Julie began her professional career as a Consultant in Healthcare & Life Sciences at STRAMMER in 2012. Julie holds a degree in International Business Management from OMNES Education.
