Shalon Hastings

Shalon Hastings has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Shalon is currently working as the Director of Operations at onWater since May 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Fly Fishing Guide & Instructor at Fly FisShalon'sAdventures starting from August 2019. Shalon also has entrepreneurial experience, as they were the Owner of Hub Coffee from June 2013 to August 2019 and the Owner of Taco del Sol from January 2004 to August 2019. Additionally, they worked as a Claims Adjustor at Safeco from June 1999 to April 2000.

Shalon Hastings obtained a Bachelor's degree in Management and Marketing from The University of Montana - College of Business from 1997 to 2000. Additionally, they also pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of Montana from 1997 to 1999. In 2020, they obtained the Leadership MT Alumni certification from Leadership Montana.
