Balaji Narayanan has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Balaji is currently employed as the Senior Vice President of Product Engineering and Client Delivery at Onyx since March 2023. Before that, they served as the Vice President of Engineering and Implementations, and Senior Director of Engineering and Implementations at the same company.
In 2020, Balaji co-founded a confidential start-up healthcare company, where they held the position of Co-Founder and CTO. Balaji played a crucial role in establishing the company's mission and technical vision, overseeing operational aspects, and reducing operating costs.

Balaji also has experience as a Technical Manager at N Trust Infotech Ltd from 2007 to 2008, where they were responsible for successful implementation of a business system and the design and implementation of VMS mobile and Internet applications.
Furthermore, Balaji worked as a Development Team Lead at Mortgage Lenders Network INC from 2002 to 2007. Balaji provided technical leadership, managed a global team, and ensured the successful development and delivery of mission-critical applications.
Finally, Balaji began their career in various roles during the early years from 1997 to 2002.
Balaji Narayanan began their education at Sri Ahobila Mutt Oriental HR Secondary School, where they completed their 10th-grade education from 1985 to 1991. Balaji then pursued a B.Sc degree in Mathematics from the University of Madras, Loyola College, from 1993 to 1996. Moving forward, Balaji attended Pondicherry University from 1997 to 1999, where they obtained a Master's degree in Finance and Financial Management Services. Lastly, they pursued a Master's degree in Computer Information Systems at Quinnipiac University from 2004 to 2006.
