Bruce Hall has a diverse work history. Bruce most recently served as the CEO of ONYX Insight, a global leader in predictive analytics for the Wind sector. In this role, they led a team of 150 staff across 7 offices worldwide, developing innovative technology solutions for customers in the Wind sector.

Prior to their role at ONYX Insight, Bruce held various positions at Castrol. Bruce served as the Sales Director for North Europe from April 2014 to February 2017. Bruce also served as the Sales Marketing Manager from July 2012 to June 2014 and the Sales & Marketing Manager for South Central Europe from March 2010 to July 2012. Bruce held the role of Global Distributor Manager from July 2002 to March 2010, Country Manager from February 2000 to July 2002, and Global Marketing from October 1996 to March 2000.

Earlier in their career, Bruce held various Sales & Marketing roles at Shell from February 1990 to September 1996.

Bruce Hall attended Trent College from 1975 to 1983. Bruce then pursued their undergraduate degree in Materials Engineering at the University of Leeds from 1983 to 1986. After completing their undergraduate studies, Bruce proceeded to the University of Cambridge, where they obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Materials Engineering from 1986 to 1989.
