Hilary Rapinet

Hilary Rapinet has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Hilary currently serves as the HR Projects Manager at ONYX InSight, where they manage various HR projects. In addition, they hold trustee positions at Nottingham Counselling Service (NCS) and Headway Nottingham. At NCS, Hilary supports the provision of counseling services and actively participates in the remuneration committee. As a Board Trustee at Headway Nottingham, they contribute to the charity's work in supporting individuals and families affected by brain injuries, as well as shaping its future direction.

Prior to their current roles, Hilary was the Head of HR at Romax Technology Limited for eight years. In this position, they developed and implemented an HR strategy to support the company's growth, with an international focus on Asia, Europe, and North America. Hilary'sresponsibilities included driving culture change, talent recruitment and retention, employee engagement, and leadership development.

Before joining Romax Technology, Hilary worked at Games Workshop, a global manufacturing company. Hilary held various positions, including Head of Global HR, Operations HR Director, and UK Head of HR. In these roles, Hilary led the global HR service center, ensured alignment between people and business strategies, and established the HR function from scratch, among other responsibilities.

Hilary also gained valuable experience at Sears Holdings Corporation as the HR Controller for British Shoe Corporation. Hilary'srole involved customer-facing activities within different divisions and leading HR efforts for the rollout of the Shoe Express concept.
