Hilary Rapinet has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Hilary currently serves as the HR Projects Manager at ONYX InSight, where they manage various HR projects. In addition, they hold trustee positions at Nottingham Counselling Service (NCS) and Headway Nottingham. At NCS, Hilary supports the provision of counseling services and actively participates in the remuneration committee. Prior to their current roles, Hilary was the Head of HR at Romax Technology Limited for eight years. In these roles, Hilary led the global HR service center, ensured alignment between people and business strategies, and established the HR function from scratch, among other responsibilities.
Hilary also gained valuable experience at Sears Holdings Corporation as the HR Controller for British Shoe Corporation. Hilary'srole involved customer-facing activities within different divisions and leading HR efforts for the rollout of the Shoe Express concept.
