LaTisha Wayne Phillips

LaTisha Wayne Phillips currently serves as the Manager of Policy and Corporate Affairs at Onyx Renewable Partners L.P., a position held since August 2022, after completing a fellowship with the organization. Prior to this role, LaTisha was Chief of Legislative Affairs in the US Army from February 2017 to March 2023, and held various leadership positions including Division Chief at the Defense Threat Reduction Agency and the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency, as well as Battalion Executive Officer in Area Support Group-Kuwait. LaTisha holds a Master’s degree in Urban Planning and Policy/Community Development from the University of Illinois Chicago and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and History from New Mexico State University.
