Kelly Ainley

Kelly Ainley has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Kelly currently works at oOh! as the Network Operations & Asset Performance Director, a role they started in April 2023. Prior to this, they were the Group Commercial Operations Project Manager at the same company from July 2020 to April 2023. Before joining oOh!, Kelly held various positions at Adshel, including National Commercial Projects Manager, Senior Commercial Executive, and Commercial Executive. Their responsibilities included contract management, tender responses, lease partner relationships, and compliance reviews. Kelly also worked as a Development Coordinator at Adshel from July 2011 to January 2015. Prior to their time at Adshel, they worked as a Public Relations Officer at NSW Police Force from August 2007 to July 2011. Kelly's earlier experience includes roles as a Desktop Publisher/Customer Service at Snap Printing and a Graphic Designer at Dialect Solutions Group.

Kelly Ainley completed their education at two different institutions. In 1995, they began their studies at Mount St Benedict, where they earned their High School Certificate (HSC). Kelly continued their education in 2002 at the Australian Business Academy, where they obtained a Diploma of Graphic Arts with a focus on Graphic Design. Additionally, Kelly recently completed the Women in Leadership Course: Foundation Skills in March 2023, which was offered by the Centre for Continuing Education.
