Milton Lee has a strong background in research and insights, with experience in both media and market analysis. Milton started their career at MediaCom as a Senior Research Analyst, where they worked on media analysis and audience segmentation for clients such as Adidas, Sony, and Glaxo Smith Kline. Milton then moved to EL TIEMPO Casa Editorial as a Media and Market Analyst before joining Carat as a Trading Executive.

Milton's career then took him to Dentsu Aegis Network, where they held multiple roles. As a Knowledge Operations & Insights Executive, they were responsible for creating data visualization tools and conducting competitive analysis for new business opportunities. Milton later transitioned to Amplifi ANZ, where they served as a Media Analyst Senior Executive.

Most recently, Milton joined oOh! as a Research & Insights Senior Executive, where they are currently working.
