Andrew Spencer has been in various technical roles in the mobile and telecommunications industry for over two decades. Andrew has worked for companies such as Ookla and RootMetrics as a Sales Director and Director of Business Development respectively. At IHS Markit | Technology, they were an Associate Director of Strategic Account Management and Sales Engineering for RootMetrics. Andrew was also the Global Technical Product Manager for the European Telecommunications Office at Samsung Electronics. Earlier in their career, they were a Carrier Technical Manager at BlackBerry Systems Engineering, an Engineering and Service Manager at Fly Mobile UK, a Field Engineering Manager at Toshiba Corporation, a Field Test Engineer at Motorola, and a Mobile Cellular Radio Installer at BT Cellnet.
