Adarsha Kumari

Adarsha Kumari currently serves as a People and Culture Business Partner at Oolio, a position held since October 2020, where responsibilities include establishing frameworks for policies related to leave, expenses, benefits, and remote work, while promoting a healthy work culture. Prior to this, Adarsha was the People and Culture Manager at Beehive - Backpackers & Travellers Commune from August 2017 to October 2020, focusing on employee engagement and customer relationships, and further enhanced the business's reputation through notable media features. Adarsha's earlier experience at Deloitte Consulting, from March 2010 to August 2017, included roles as a Senior Project Controller and Tax Senior Consultant, where project management and recruitment played key roles. Adarsha holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from INDUS Business Academy and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from Bishop Cotton College.
