Natalie Kellen

Natalie Kellen has over 15 years of work experience in the hospitality industry. Natalie is currently serving as the Director of Human Resources - Operations at The Phoenician Resort since 2022. Prior to that, Natalie held various roles at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, including Assistant Director of Residences, Residence Club Front Office Manager, Residence Services Coordinator, Room Service Manager, Front Desk Manager, Resort Assistant Manager, and Assistant Housekeeping Manager.

Natalie Kellen attended Northern Arizona University from 2003 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in International Hospitality Management. Natalie'sfield of study was focused on hospitality.
