John Bugaj

John Bugaj has extensive experience in professional services and operations management. John currently holds the role of Vice President of Professional Services at Oomnitza, where they are responsible for software delivery and building out the delivery framework. Prior to this, they worked for Kinaxis as the Vice President of Delivery Services, overseeing operations in the West region and ensuring high customer satisfaction. John also served as the Senior Director of Global Services at Infor, where they pioneered the global services organization and led the selling and delivery of services for global accounts. Before that, they were the Group Vice President of Services West at JDA Software, managing professional services sales and operations. John has also held leadership positions at Insightful, Yantra Corporation, Allegis Corp, and SAP, where they contributed to the growth and success of the organizations through strategic planning, relationship management, and exceeding sales targets.

John Bugaj has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting and Mathematics from The Ohio State University.
