Lipsa Priyadarshini

Lipsa completed her Master’s in Electrical Engineering with specialisation in Power Electronics and Drives from Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan University in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. During her PhD studies at the same institution, she conducted research on MPPT based solar photovoltaic systems and power quality diagnosis in hybrid microgrids using deep learning techniques. She previously worked with SELCO Foundation where she worked as a technical coordinator for the Odisha team. She was involved in site selection, implementation, site surveys and energy audits, providing solar system designs for energy access and livelihood development, stakeholder training and post-installation operational monitoring. She is keen to further develop her talent and experience with Oorja.
