Gautam Das

Gautam Das has over 20 years of professional experience in the banking and finance industry. Gautam began their career in 2000 as Lead - Cash Management at Citicorp Overseas Software Ltd. In 2005, they joined Citibank India, where they held several roles, including Manager, Treasury Operations, AVP - Treasury Sales and Structuring, Vice President - Treasury Products and Sales, and Senior Vice President - Corporate Sales & Structuring. In 2016, they founded Oorjan Cleantech Private Limited, where they serve as both Founder and CEO and Founder and Business Head. As CEO, they are responsible for enabling hassle free solar adoption with premium brands, reliable last mile partners, and financing. As Business Head, they use technology to source, design, implement and track solar projects realtime. During their tenure at Citibank India, the revenue grew more than 20% CAGR over 5 years with minimal increase in the team size.

Gautam Das has studied Chemical Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, and Finance at the Indian School of Business. Gautam also holds a certification as a Marathon Trainer from the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM).
