Alexandra Laurence has over eight years of experience in marketing, digital and customer experience roles. Alexandra began their career in 2014 as an Allocation & Data Analyst at Bendon Group, followed by a Social Media Associate role at National Australia Bank. In 2016, they worked as a Project Manager Team Lead at Victoria Legal Aid, where they co-created the FineFixer website that received full funding for implementation. Alexandra then moved on to Karen Millen, where they held the roles of Digital Coordinator and Customer Experience Assistant. In 2019, they were appointed as Marketing Manager at Essendon BMW, where they managed digital, events, internal and external communications and social media. Alexandra then established their own consulting business, Alexandra Laurence Consulting, where they provided marketing and digital consulting to companies across a broad range of industries. In 2022, they joined Op Central as Senior Marketing Manager, where they helped businesses manage every aspect of their daily operations.
Alexandra Laurence has a Bachelor of Business from France Business School in Entrepreneurship and Marketing, which they completed in 2015. Alexandra also completed a Bachelor of Business from RMIT University in Entrepreneurship and Marketing in 2013-2015. In 2018, they completed a Short Course in Short Video Production Essentials for Online from RMIT University. In 2016, they completed a Short Course in Social Media & Digital Marketing for Fashion & Beauty from RMIT University.
