Fia Leisti

Fia Leisti is an experienced professional in sales management and retail banking, currently serving as Area Lead for SME retail banking at OP Financial Group since February 2016. Prior roles at OP included Senior Specialist and Sales Manager for corporate clients, where responsibilities involved supporting major OP banks in Finland with wealth management goals. Fia began as an Asset Management trainee focused on institutional and corporate clients in 2016 after being selected for the OP trainee program. Previously, Fia worked at Nordea as a CSO, gaining extensive responsibilities in the Turku branch. Academic credentials include a Master's Degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor's Degree in Public Administration, both from Åbo Akademi University.
