Juho Karsio

Juho Karsio is an experienced professional in the financial sector, currently serving as the Head of Sanctions at OP Financial Group since February 2020, where Juho Karsio oversees the Sanctions Development and Services framework and is a member of the AFC tribe leadership team. Prior to this role, Juho Karsio held various positions at Nordea from September 2005 to February 2020, including Head of Sanctions Screening, where Juho Karsio led a multi-national team focused on sanctions screening process management, and roles emphasizing process excellence and quality reviews within the Sanctions Screening Unit. Juho Karsio's earlier experience at Nordea included managing liquidity and position management in the Clearing division. Juho Karsio holds a Master of Science in Logistics from Helsingin kauppakorkeakoulu, obtained between 1998 and 2003, and completed secondary education at HML Lyseo from 1990 to 1996.
