Laura Heikkurinen

Laura Heikkurinen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in transformation and change leadership, currently serving as the Transformation and Change Leadership Chapter Lead, Lead Transformation Coach, Lead Agile Coach, and Senior Agile Coach at OP Financial Group since April 2020. Prior to this role, Laura sought new opportunities from August 2019 to 2020 as a Human Resources Executive. From September 2000 to 2020, Laura held various leadership positions at Accenture, including Employee Experience Executive, Storytelling Coach, Leadership Coach, and Diversity and Inclusion Lead, among others. Laura has been instrumental in enhancing employee engagement, driving leadership culture change, and facilitating successful integrations of large teams through strategic communication and coaching. Laura holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan, earned between 1989 and 1997.
