Ville Pasanen

Ville Pasanen is an experienced professional in performance testing and software development. Currently serving as an Expert Specialist and Chapter Lead at OP Financial Group since May 2017, Ville has a strong focus on performance testing competence development, mentorship in the OP SW Academy, and hands-on performance testing using various tools such as Loadrunner and JMeter. Previous roles include Performance Testing Specialist at Barona Group Oy, and diverse engineering and development positions at Microsoft and Nokia, where competencies in build systems, configuration management, and software integration were honed. Ville holds a Master of Engineering in Information Technology from Oulu University of Applied Sciences, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology and Telecommunications.
