Monika Delegos

Monika Delegos is an experienced HR professional with a comprehensive background in talent management and organizational development. Currently serving as the HR Talent & Organization Development Director for the Exterior Lighting Business Group at OPmobility, Monika has held key HR leadership roles at Plastic Omnium, Varroc Lighting Systems, Pearson, Philip Morris International, and Kenexa. With expertise in managing large engineering populations, talent acquisition, and establishing HR policies, Monika has successfully supported multiple locations and teams across various regions, including APAC and Europe. Monika holds a Bachelor's degree in Russian Language and Literature and a Master's degree in Psychology from Jagiellonian University.
